I work with about seven families each week, providing personalized care and education in Central Florida. Here’s what you need to know about scheduling with me.

Current Availability

I work with families throughout the week, balancing homeschool support, early learning sessions, and care services. While most of my regular spots are filled, I do have some limited availability for new families. You can view my live calendar when booking to see real-time openings, including any last-minute spots that become available if a family reschedules.

Weekday Sessions

Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions available for care and learning support throughout the week.

Weekend Care

Saturday and Sunday availability for tutoring, care sessions, and family support. Perfect for busy schedules.

Live Calendar

My booking calendar updates in real time. If a family cancels or reschedules, that spot becomes available immediately for you to book.

Booking Policies

How far in advance should I book?

For one-time care or sessions, I recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For recurring weekly spots, reach out immediately as these fill quickly and I only have limited availability for regular sessions.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I understand that life happens. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. I’ll work with you to find an alternative time when I can.

Do you offer recurring sessions?

Yes! Most of my families book recurring weekly sessions. This provides consistency for your child and ensures you have a regular spot on my calendar. We can discuss a schedule that works for both of us during our consultation.

What if my preferred time isn't available?

Let’s talk about it. While my regular weekday spots fill quickly, I often have evening and weekend availability. During our consultation, we can explore different options and find a time that works for your family. You can also check back on my booking calendar periodically, as it updates in real time when spots open up.

Can I book a one-time session to try it out?

Absolutely. Many families start with a one-time session or short-term arrangement before committing to regular sessions. It’s a great way to see if we’re a good fit.

Do you travel to the family's home for all services?

Yes, all of my services are provided in your home (or your vacation accommodation for Vacation Family Care). This keeps your child comfortable and eliminates the need for you to travel.

What happens after I book?

Once you book, I’ll reach out to confirm details and learn more about your child. Before our first session, we’ll discuss your child’s interests, needs, and any specific goals you have. I come prepared with activities tailored to your child.
